We do not offer free shipping on any orders. Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Packages will be insured through either Fed-Ex (nationwide shipments) or DHL (international shipments).
You have 7 days from the completed transaction date to make any necessary exchanges or returns. Items must be in saleable condition to qualify, and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. We do not offer refunds, store credit only. Completed special orders are unable to be returned or exchanged.
